These terms apply when you use this website or install or use a Veyntara Labs ("Veyntara", "we") Salesforce app, including License Optimizer. By installing or using an app you agree to them on behalf of your organisation.
Our consulting and custom development work (Salesforce implementations, custom apps, integrations, audits and other software we build for clients) is covered by a separate written agreement that we sign with each client, not by these terms. See Client projects below.
We grant your organisation a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use our apps in your Salesforce orgs for your internal business purposes. License Optimizer is currently free. If we introduce paid features later, we'll tell you in advance, and you won't be charged unless you choose to buy them.
Our apps show findings, estimates and recommendations; your admins decide what to change in Salesforce. Check each finding before acting on it, especially before changing or deactivating a user or a licence. Savings figures are estimates based on the prices you enter or on public list prices, and are not financial advice. Your contract with Salesforce, including notice periods and minimum quantities, always takes precedence.
Don't reverse-engineer, resell or redistribute our apps, or use them in a way that breaks the law or Salesforce's terms.
We own the apps and this website. You own your data. Our apps store their results in your org, and we don't receive your org's data (see our privacy policy).
The apps and website are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. We work hard to make them accurate and reliable, but we don't guarantee they'll be error-free or meet every need.
To the fullest extent the law allows, Veyntara isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost profits, savings or data, arising from use of the apps or website. For free apps, our total liability is limited to USD 100.
You can stop using an app at any time by uninstalling it. We may update or discontinue an app; if we discontinue one, we'll give reasonable notice where we can.
Before we start a project, we agree its scope, deliverables, timeline and price in writing, usually a master services agreement plus a statement of work for each piece of work. That agreement sets out who owns what we build (normally you, once paid), confidentiality, warranties, liability and payment. If anything in that agreement differs from this page, the signed agreement applies.
We use AI tools to speed up routine parts of the work. A person designs, reviews, tests and signs off on everything we deliver, and our privacy policy explains how we protect your data when we do.
